   • व्यापार नाम, संपर्क जानकारी, जीएसटीआईएन, पैन, और पता वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित करना अनिवार्य।

   • अनुचित व्यापार व्यवहार जैसे कीमत में हेरफेर या भ्रामक विज्ञापन निषिद्ध।

   • रिटर्न, रिफंड, डिलीवरी, रद्दीकरण से संबंधित नीतियाँ स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाना जरूरी।

4. मार्केटप्लेस प्लेटफार्मों के कर्तव्य:

   • विक्रेता द्वारा प्रदान की गई जानकारी की सत्यता सुनिश्चित करना।

   • विक्रेता का विवरण, ग्राहक सेवा संपर्क, और उत्पाद की उत्पत्ति देश प्रदर्शित करना।

   • शिकायत की स्थिति जानने हेतु टिकट नंबर देना।

   • रैंकिंग या प्रमोशन में किसी प्रकार का पक्षपात बिना खुलासा किए नहीं किया जा सकता।

5. विक्रेताओं के कर्तव्य:

   • उत्पादों/सेवाओं की झूठी जानकारी नहीं दे सकते, उपभोक्ता बनकर फर्जी समीक्षा नहीं कर सकते।
